On behalf of our client, a leading global provider of supply chain and inventory optimisation technology, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, ABM strategy, and brand growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will design and execute integrated marketing programs, lead ABM initiatives, and build a high-performing regional marketing engine that fuels pipeline, accelerates enterprise sales, and strengthens brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, webinars) and ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
* Build and manage nurture campaigns to move leads through the sales funnel from awareness to SQLs.
* Own the content roadmap: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, demo materials, and thought leadership.
* Lead presence at industry events, roundtables, conferences, and partner activations.
* Provide regular dashboards and insights to leadership on lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
* Manage marketing automation (HubSpot), reporting dashboards, and campaign performance metrics.
* Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, global marketing, and technology partners to maximise impact.
* Build sales enablement assets aligned to enterprise sales cycles, including ROI tools, vertical case studies, and stakeholder messaging.
* Mentor and lead local marketing resources and external partners.
Requirements
* 5+ years' B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or supply chain/ERP marketing experience.
* Proven success in demand generation and ABM.
* Strong experience with enterprise sales support and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
