Casual Baker / Production Assistant

UE Bagels is looking for a strong, reliable baker or production assistant to join our busy and friendly team at Varsity Lakes.
This role starts a few days per week, with a clear pathway to more hours and a permanent, salaried position after a successful trial period.

About the Role
* Early morning starts (1–2am) with early finishes (5–6am)
* High-volume production kitchen
* Simple, streamlined processes with clear systems
* Comfortable working independently or within a small team
* Casual role with opportunity to increase hours
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in baking, production, or a commercial kitchen
* Experience in food production highly regarded
* Confident, reliable, and able to handle busy services
* Organised, efficient, and calm under pressure
* Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
* Own transport preferred (multiple locations)
* No sponsorship visas available
