About the Ready Resource Health team:

We are looking for aqualified and experienced Clinical Nursewho is looking for new challenges, and is able to deliver seamless therapy and care to our client.
About the role:
• Diverse work settings
• Ability to deliver high quality patient care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and be accountable for care and clinical outcomes
• Approx 4 - 5 hours per day
• In home care for cardiac patient
• Competent in wound dressing
• Infection identification and risk control
• Minimum 4 weeks, approx 1 - 2 months care
What you will need:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing
* 4 - 5+ years experience in Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will require the following:
* An Australian driver's license, Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate & National Police Clearance
* Own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
