About the role
The Senior Associate Stakeholder Engagement Screen NSW facilitates the delivery of innovative and strategic engagement programs to attract and build stakeholder relationships to further the interest and support for the screen and digital games industries in NSW. The role also contributes to shaping other programs within Screen NSW that supports enhancement of engagement performance in line with Screen NSW's priorities.
Some of the key accountabilities of the role include –
* Support the delivery of Screen NSW's priorities and associated industry engagement activities including planning and developing contemporary and integrated strategies and events.
* Attract and manage stakeholder relationships through effective collaboration and demonstrated consideration for diverse views, cultures, protocols and interests; and ensure those aspects are inherent in recommendations.
* Plan, activate, review and assess the effectiveness of engagement activities and platforms, including via social media, and propose ways to optimise their impact.
* Collaborate across the team and with other branch and departmental specialists to produce and deliver communications and collateral for stakeholders that support engagement related events and initiatives.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have –
* Demonstrated sound knowledge of and experience in the screen and/or digital games sector.
* Experience and expertise in planning and leading engagement programs, including via social media, with a range of stakeholder groups across industry, government and the community sector.
* Experience using and maintaining systems and databases and analysing and providing insights to inform planning and strategies, including understanding of social media platforms.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience.
