The Role
We are seeking a Senior Migration Agent – Manager to join our company. This fully remote role combines senior-level casework with leadership and management duties. You will not only manage complex migration matters but also:
Attend discovery meetings with prospective clients to assess case merits and help convert enquiries into active matters.
Lead and mentor migration agents and support staff.
Drive practice efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
This is an ideal position for a senior RMA ready to step up into a management role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex migration matters, including partner visas, protection visas, citizenship, and visa cancellation/AAT cases.
Attend and contribute to client discovery meetings, ensuring high conversion and professional case assessment.
Draft submissions, oversee evidence preparation, and represent clients before DHA and AAT.
Manage, mentor, and supervise migration agents and support staff.
Oversee compliance with the Migration Act, Regulations, and Code of Conduct.
Ensure client files, communications, and systems meet the highest professional standards.
Contribute to firm-wide business goals, practice growth, and operational excellence.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in migration practice.
Demonstrated expertise in partner, protection, citizenship, and cancellation/AAT matters.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior agents/staff.
Strong advocacy, drafting, and communication skills.
Commercial acumen with confidence in discovery/client meetings.
