A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app. What you'll do Continuous monitoring of production, people, equipment and safety policies and procedures Report on and communicate performance against the Operational Plan and KPIs, including recommending adjustments where required to meet dispatch windows Monitor and oversee the flow systems within the distribution centre, and report on any deviations to plan from automation Use automation and related systems, including Planning tools, Operational Dashboards, CCTV, UHF Radios Perform user and product audits to identify where adjustments are required to improve accuracy Manage the introduction of new products into the DC and the required system information to allow for automated handling Correct problems related to product handling issues throughout the DC including root cause analysis and rectification What you'll bring Robust communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey information with the required sense of urgency Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong computer skills – Excel, Google Suite Exposure to SCADA systems (not essential) A curious mindset and ability to work through problems in a methodical manner.
