About You Trade-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Hydraulic services, with proven experience in facilities and maintenance management. Organised, driven, and confident in taking initiative and making decisions. Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in large, complex facilities is highly desirable, particularly in healthcare, government, corrections, or similar sectors.
