Key Responsibilities
* Plan visits to clients and prospects as an ambassador for our products and services.
* Deliver training sessions to clients enhancing technical credibility and ensuring compliance with current regulatory frameworks.
* Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients addressing first-level technical queries and guiding them toward effective solutions.
* Monitor market needs gather field information and share insights with the team to contribute to future developments.
* Assist the Head of Sales by forwarding quote requests coordinating follow-ups to finalise orders and concluding deals.
* Utilise background in electronics to educate clients on product solutions independently resolving product issues.
Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical sales engineering role.
* Knowledge of the electrical industry is preferred.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
* Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
* A strong sense of commitment responsibility self-motivation and customer orientation.
* Willingness to travel 30% to 35% of the time.
