Job Title: Business Development Representative
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager/Sales Executive will be responsible for the sales and handover of new access equipment, developing service and PMP contracts whilst growing market share for new machines and ground support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day sales activities and account management of the nominated region.
2. Identify customer base or as directed by SSO (Both existing clients and cold calls).
3. Ensure that the number of service contracts are increased in a profitable manner.
4. Continue to build positive work relationships with targeted customer base.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales to identify customer base or as directed by SSO (Both existing clients and cold calls).
2. Ensure that the number of service contracts are increased in a profitable manner.
3. Continue to build positive work relationships with targeted customer base.
4. Responsible for managing the hand over process on unit deliveries.
5. Maintain call cycle for visiting and contacting clients.
6. Assist with the development and delivery of marketing campaigns into the market.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a business-to-business sales role.
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Effective communication both written and verbal.
* Ability to build rapport and strong relationships across all levels of business.
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
* Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
