We're known for premium guest experiences, creative marketing, and bold brand collaborations. As we evolve our marketing structure, we're looking for a hands‐on Senior Marketing Coordinator to join us and help execute the vision set by our leadership team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, the Senior Marketing Coordinator is a key operational role within our marketing function. This is not a strategy‐first position, we're looking for someone who excels at execution, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and takes pride in getting things done to a high standard. You'll lead a small marketing team day‐to‐day, manage budgets, run our paid digital channels, and keep our reporting sharp and timely.
What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all venues and channels.
Manage paid media activity across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance monitoring.
Oversee website content updates, email marketing (newsletters and promotions), and social media scheduling and publishing.
Coordinate with venue teams and the events department to ensure campaigns align with operational timelines.
Lead and support a small in‐house marketing team, providing day‐to‐day direction, feedback, and workload management.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture, ensuring deadlines are met and output quality is consistently high.
Liaise with external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners as required.
Budget Management
Take ownership of marketing budgets across the portfolio, tracking spend and ensuring accurate invoice processing.
Allocate media budgets across Google and Meta channels to maximise ROI.
Maintain up‐to‐date records of marketing expenditure and flag variances to leadership in a timely manner.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Build and deliver regular performance reports covering paid media, social engagement, website traffic, and campaign results.
Present data‐driven insights to the Directors, translating metrics into clear, actionable summaries.
Monitor KPIs across all active campaigns and adjust tactics to maintain performance against targets.
Brand & Guest Experience
Ensure all marketing output is consistent with each venue's tone, identity, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with operations to align messaging with the actual guest experience on the floor.
Maintain the marketing calendar and asset library (photography, video, templates, copy).
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or events.
Demonstrated hands‐on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — not just supporting, but running them.
Proven ability to manage budgets and report on marketing spend with accuracy and accountability.
Experience leading or supervising a small team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident data literacy, you can pull a report, interpret the numbers, and present the story behind them.
Highly organised, deadline‐driven, and able to manage multiple priorities across a multi‐venue environment.
A collaborative attitude and willingness to take direction from leadership while owning your remit.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.
Enthusiasm for new technology, including AI‐powered marketing tools, and a curiosity to find smarter ways to work.
