Level 3 | L3 | Level 3 SupportThe role will sit within ICT Operations and provide Level 3 support, while playing a key role in the delivery of several high-priority initiatives: Upgrade or replacement of the SCOM monitoring platform Upgrade of the on-premises Exchange 2016 server (hybrid deployment) Decommissioning of legacy Domain Controllers Migration of distribution groups from on-prem Active Directory to Azure AD Support the upgrade of the Veeam backup platform Candidate Profile: We are looking for a proactive, delivery-focused infrastructure specialist with strong Microsoft ecosystem experience, who can operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Essential experience: Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD Demonstrated experience with Exchange (hybrid), VMware, SCCM/Intune, SCOM and Veeam Proven track record delivering infrastructure upgrades, migrations and decommissioning activities Experience providing Level 3 support and resolving complex technical issues Key capabilities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Confident working independently with minimal ramp-up Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical stakeholders Ideal candidate: Has delivered similar infrastructure uplift programs end-to-end Comfortable in hybrid (on-prem cloud) environments Brings a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and can quickly add value Previous exp in a gov environment would be great and legal environment would be a bonus but not a necessity. 2998120
