Salary range: $74,667 + 13.5% superannuation 
Responsibilities 
- Provide excellent customer service in the delivery of accounts payable and accounts receivable services to internal and external customers. 
- Help customers and staff with questions about payments, invoices, and the City’s purchasing card program. 
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to support valuable service and a positive workplace culture. 
- Enter and check financial data like purchasing card transactions, invoices, payments, and adjustments. 
- Keep financial records up to date and help create clear instructions for regular tasks. 
- Manage credit accounts by reviewing applications, checking limits, and suggesting changes when needed. 
- Send invoices and statements, process payments, and follow up on overdue accounts, following Council rules. 
- Conduct regular checks and reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy. 
About You / Qualifications 
- Certificate in accounting or finance and experience in accounts payable/receivable. 
- Demonstrated ability and understanding to manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes. 
- Experience with the NAVision finance system and proficiency in using technology generally. 
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively. 
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
