Job Description
Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests (internal or external) are positive, productive, and professional.
Logging all guest requests to ensure all request are met within established timeframes
Following up with the relevant team member to ensure guest requests are being fulfilled
Assisting and directing guests with local attractions and directions
Securely storing and delivering guest luggage
Assist with and cover valet parking as required.
Qualifications
An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work across a 24 / 7 roster - evenings, mornings and weekend
Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
