* Drive sales and operational strategies to achieve vehicle and financial product targets.
* Lead business negotiations, contract management, and partnerships with dealers, key clients, and financial institutions.
* Manage sales team performance, enhance financial product knowledge, and optimize customer conversion.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth financial operations and excellent customer experience.
* Analyze sales and finance data, monitor financial penetration, payment cycles, and customer risk to guide strategic decisions.
* Participate in major business projects, strategic planning, and sales process and IT system optimization to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Competencies and Experience Required

* Sales Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to develop and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve targets.
* Business Negotiation & Contract Management: Strong skills in negotiating deals, managing contracts, and building partnerships with dealers, clients, and financial institutions.
* Financial Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive finance products, including loans, leasing, and insurance, and ability to drive their adoption.
* Team Leadership & Development: Experience managing and coaching sales teams to enhance performance, product knowledge, and customer conversion rates.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate with finance, marketing, customer service, and other departments for smooth operations and improved customer experience.
* Data Analysis & Decision-Making: Skilled in analyzing sales and financial metrics (e.g., penetration, payment cycles, customer risk) to guide strategic decisions.
* Project & Process Management: Experience in leading business projects, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to IT system improvements.
* Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and financial partners.

Experience Required

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
* 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or financial services.
* Demonstrated experience in managing vehicle and financial product sales at a senior level.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving financial product adoption.
* Experience in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives and leading teams.
* Strong knowledge of banking/financial institutions and automotive finance solutions.

Educational Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
* MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred, especially with focus on sales, finance, or management.
