Residency by Dillons in Narrogin is a boutique family‐run aged care facility located in the heart of Narrogin. * Certificate III in Allied Health or Individual Support or equivalent.
* Must be enthusiastic, dynamic, proactive and take initiative.
* Must be able to set up meaningful and person‐centred activities.
* Must be able to present activities for varying levels of ability.
* Must be computer literate.
* Experience working in a similar role in an Aged Care Facility will be highly regarded but not essential.
* Demonstrates genuine desire to care for frail aged people.
* Able to effectively communicate in written and oral English.
* A current Police Clearance or willingness to provide a new one.
* Must already reside locally – no accommodation will be provided.
* On‐site car parking.
