Administration Trainee Role
This is a 12-month full-time position that offers a monthly Rostered Day Off and National Trainee Award wages.
The Administration Trainee will provide general administrative support and customer service in a timely manner, while completing their traineeship in Administration.
The role involves attending to telephone and counter enquiries, various data entry tasks, customer service requests, purchase orders and invoices, updating various reports, preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings, inputting timesheet data for payroll as required and carrying out other tasks as required.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Interest or understanding in the provision of customer service specifically incorporating organisational skills.
* BASIC NUMERACY AND LITERACY SKILLS AS WELL AS KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT BASED COMPUTER PACKAGES.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to communicate with a broad range of people and work as part of a team.
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area.
