Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at the Peel Health Campus. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to patients, including assessment, treatment, evaluation, and planning. You will also manage a designated caseload and provide support to other healthcare professionals as needed.
