Support Companion
Our organization requires a Support Companion to assist residents at our aged care facility with daily activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively within a team environment. A Certificate 3 in Individual Support or willingness to obtain one is highly regarded. Additionally, a current Police Check and valid Australian Work Rights are mandatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
* Providing personal care and support to residents
* Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Preparing meals and snacks for residents
* Transporting residents to and from appointments and activities
* Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
