**About the role**
The Customer Information System Consultant (CIS Consultant) will work closely with Customer Service Centre leadership team and Area Managers cross Council to develop and implement technological system solutions to improve customers' experience. CIS Consultant will also be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for Customer Service Centre.
**About You**
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in managing/delivering large IT projects and 5 years' experience in delivering training to small to medium size groups:
- Experience in developing and maintaining strong working relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Experience in the communication and education of an information system to all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in initiating and implement change.

We are offering an attractive base salary of $101,451.75 plus superannuation.
