The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Demand Planner who is passionate about data, forecasting and commercial impact.
In this role you'll lead our forecasting process across some of Australia's most iconic food brands - ensuring we have the right product in the right place at the right time.
If you want to step up, take ownership and grow in a fast-moving FMCG environment - this is the role to do it.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain the forecast in SAP IBP, collaborating with Sales to align on demand.
Lead monthly forecast reviews, demand review meetings and forecast sign-off cycles.
Analyse forecast accuracy and key drivers, recommending improvements.
Support NPD planning and run-outs - forecasting new products and deleted lines.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to drive better decisions.
What You Will Bring
3+ years demand planning experience (FMCG preferred).
Strong analytical capability - Excel + SAP IBP / Promax / SAP experience highly regarded.
Clear communicator who can influence across teams.
Business acumen and a proactive mindset - you want to learn, grow and deliver results.
