Private Markets Product Manager
This pivotal role is responsible for leading the development and management of Private Markets product offerings. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing the Private Markets product roadmap and growth strategy.
* Overseeing the design, onboarding, and pricing of new Private Markets offerings.
* Collaborating with custodians, administrators, responsible entities, and audit partners on fund operations.
* Liaising with platforms and internal teams to support seamless implementation.
* Leading product governance activities and ensuring accurate regulatory disclosure.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management and/or operations within Private Markets. Experience in SMAs or broader wealth management would be advantageous.
Key skills and qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
* Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
* Confident communicator, analytical thinker, and team player.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

What You'll Do
As a Private Markets Product Manager, you will own the Private Markets stream, providing hands-on support to the SMA Product Manager in due diligence, disclosure obligations, and stakeholder engagement. You will also assist with SMA model reviews and enhancement opportunities, support due diligence processes for platforms and responsible entities, ensure SMA portfolios meet disclosure and DDO requirements, contribute to product reporting and marketing collateral, and collaborate across investment, marketing, and distribution teams.
