As Clinical Director, you will provide leadership and support to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service. This role combines hands-on veterinary work with strategic leadership, making it ideal for someone who wants to influence clinical standards and drive practice success.

What You'll Do
* Lead and manage the practice team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
* Ensure compliance with VBA Code of Professional Conduct and CVS Clinical Governance standards.
* Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to patients.
* Oversee clinical development, CPD planning, and clinical audits.
* Work closely with the practice leaders to optimise client service and business performance
* Drive financial performance and embedding the CVS values
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with current registration.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
* Ability to manage people and performance effectively.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of practice operations.
