The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring a clean and safe environment, handling member inquiries, and promoting a positive fitness culture.
* Manage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
* Handle member inquiries efficiently and resolve any issues promptly
* Promote a positive fitness environment by engaging with members and encouraging participation in fitness programs
Requirements include 3-5 years of relevant experience, and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and working with children.
