This is the first time we are formally offering this programme after successfully trialling it with graduates in recent years — and the results speak for themselves. Those dentists are now thriving, confident, and performing advanced dentistry far earlier than their peers. Some are teaching in very popular courses too!
Why This is Different
- No sink-or-swim. You’ll shadow experienced dentists in your first weeks so you can learn patient flow, treatment planning, and communication before being thrown in.
- Structured onboarding. A step-by-step roadmap covers general dentistry, communication, case acceptance, and clinical upskilling.
- Mentorship you can count on. Weekly case reviews, hands-on guidance, and open access to senior clinicians who’ve been where you are.
- The Earn & Learn Model. A guaranteed base salary plus bonuses as your confidence (and cases) grow. You’ll never be underpaid while you’re learning.
The 12-Month Roadmap in brief
Months 1–2 Foundation & Shadowing
- Observe senior clinicians, assist in complex cases.
- Take on simple check-ups and preventive care
- Build confidence in communication and treatment planning.
Months 3–5 Guided Practice
- Gradual transition to crown & bridge, cosmetic composites, whitening, and simple endo.
- Shadow implant and digital workflows.
- Weekly mentoring on both clinical and patient-care skills.
Months 7–9: Expanding Horizons
- More independence in restorative and cosmetic work.
- Direct exposure to implant placement/restoration and digital workflows.
- Mid-year review and career mapping session.
Months 10–12: Advanced & Independent
- Take ownership of cases with senior support on standby.
- Involvement in smile design, implant restorations, and aesthetics.
- Treatment under General Anaesthetic
What You’ll Earn
- Base Salary: $100,000 per annum.
- Bonuses:
- 35% of billings above $45k/month (Months 7–12).
- Expected Year 1 Total: $120,000 – $150,000+.
