We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team at The Valley Estate.
The Venue
The Valley Estate is a unique event venue located in the beautiful Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast, offering industrial-chic and elegant spaces for celebrations.
Balboa Italian is a stylish two-story venue combining modern design with classic charm.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning duties include thorough vacuuming, polishing, sweeping, and mopping floors to maintain high standards of hygiene.
* Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces with attention to detail to create a welcoming environment.
* Window and glass cleaning (including squeegeeing) to provide an unobstructed view.
* Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and public areas to ensure a healthy and safe space.
* Trash removal and recycling to promote sustainability.
* Additional maintenance support duties may include basic gardening and landscaping tasks to enhance the overall aesthetic.
About You
* Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
* A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
* Physical fitness and capacity to perform manual labor without compromise.
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and early mornings as required.
