Fantôme is a modern wine bar and restaurant with a strong focus on quality produce, thoughtful technique. We're looking for a Cook / Kitchen Hand to join our evening team.
This role suits someone at the start of their hospitality career, including recent graduates or culinary students, who is keen to learn and take pride in their work.
Shift details
* Tuesday to Saturday
* 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Key responsibilities
* Food preparation and service
* Basic cooking and plating during service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
* Dishwashing and kitchen hand duties as required
* Following food safety and hygiene standards
* Supporting the chef and kitchen team during service
