Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the country-level Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO9001 and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System by implementing processes, monitoring performance, and making recommendations for improvement.
* Manage document creation and updates in accordance with established procedures within the Document Management System.
* Coordinate customer complaint handling and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) processing to resolve issues efficiently.
* Collaborate with departments to execute site audits, including Safety, to ensure QMS adherence.
* Lead the Management Review process, providing insights and recommendations for quality improvements.
* Provide regular quality data reports to Site Leadership and the QA Manager as required.
* Offer support for project-related tasks as needed and assist the QC Laboratory team when necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record in quality management, preferably in an ISO9001 environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze complex problems and implement solutions.
