- Talent Acquisition Consultant / Partner APAC - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract- Kantar Public, Talent Acquisition- Location: Sydney- Due to high business growth, Kantar Public has an exciting new opportunity available for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6-month contract basis to deliver our hiring plan in APAC, notably in Australia, New-Zealand and Singapore.- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talents, by partnering closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.- This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position.- Kantar Public is a global social research advising company, providing research evidence and consultancy, creating a better future through data, analytics and research. Our work helps universities, corporations and governments to make the right decisions and improve people's lives.- We are experts in public policy, service design, behavioural insight and election research, employing over 700 people globally. Our clients span all continents and include both national and local governments and international organisations such as the European Institutions but also World bank and the UN.- Your Missions- Act as a trusted adviser to our business leaders, providing expert advice on recruitment best practices
- Write attractive job adverts and post the roles on the different job boards
- Adhere to the systems and processes of the Kantar group, including recording all recruiting workflow and documentation on Workday and submitting reporting data within given timelines
- Contribute to the continuous development of best practice in attraction and selection of talent at Kantar Public by sharing your knowledge and adapting new practices
- Your Profile- 4 + years Recruiting experience in an in-house/ agency setting
- Proven track record of hiring across Singapore and Australia
- Demonstrable track record of delivering against recruiting targets and partnering with the business
- Strong team member engagement and expectation management
- Direct sourcing capability
- Workday Recruiting knowledge would be ideal
- Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Well-organised and adept at effective prioritisation of multiple responsibilities
- A natural collaborator and team player
