The Role:
* Full oversight and management of general Facilities Management duties and responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency through effective scheduling and allocations
* Excellent eye for detail is required to ensure the building is kept presentable and in line with owner standards
* Engage and effectively liaise with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to establish and maintain strong relationships that foster trust and a sense of community
* Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
About you
:
* Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager for a-grade building
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in Microsoft office
* Ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
* Be well-presented and able to communicate effectively
* Strong customer service background
