Early Childhood Education Opportunity
This role presents an opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of early childhood education programs.
The Instructional Coach creates a supportive learning environment for infants and toddlers, incorporating developmentally appropriate early intervention, learning, and care activities tailored to the needs of children and families.
This position reports to the Education Coordinator, providing support in creating a collaborative and professional environment that promotes teamwork, leadership, and excellence.

Education/Experience Requirements
* Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education required
Licensure and Certifications
* Valid Driver's License with acceptable liability insurance
Required Skills and Knowledge
* Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards
* Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in computers and office equipment
* Understanding of community resources, health and safety practices, and family engagement strategies
Physical Demands
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and tuberculosis test. Background check required. Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50lbs.
