Advance Human Resources are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join this highly reputable, organisation in Melbourne's West in this 3 day per week temp role until the end of April with view to extend.
This role will be managing 145 Properties.
To be successful, you must have a passion for the industry with high energy and enthusiasm to complement the existing team as well as previous industry experience, ideally in a Property Management role. In return, you shall receive comprehensive training, will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment and have the ability to learn from the best within the industry.
Reporting through to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing rental applications
* Managing an existing portfolio
* Assisting with leasing showings and open inspections
* Conducting in coming inspection reports
* Assisting with rental inquiries
* Assisting prospective tenants
* Office Administration Support
* Attending 'Open for Inspections' & private inspections
* Assisting with phone & email inquiries
The successful applicant requires a can-do attitude with strong motivation and dedication, an eagerness to learn, good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
You must have great communication skills, attention to detail and a positive and approachable personality. In this role you must have the ability to show initiative, have a current driver's licence with access to a reliable vehicle. You will also need to have completed your Real Estate – Agents Representative.
