About the Role
We're on the hunt for an autonomous, relationship-focused Sales Representative. Take ownership of a growing territory across South and Southwest QLD, working with both wholesale accounts and corporate clients. You'll be the face of a trusted Aussie brand, driving sales and building strong partnerships through genuine connection and product passion. This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout the region. You'll represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, supported by a collaborative national team and regular check-ins with head office.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and corporate accounts across South QLD
* Introduce new product ranges and seasonal campaigns to customers
* Distribute promotional materials and manage the order process
* Attend trade shows and rural events to promote the brand (all expenses paid)
* Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and product knowledge
* Represent the brand with pride in both rural and metro settings
* Provide regular updates and insights to head office
What You'll Bring
* Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing industry such as retail
* A strong passion for country lifestyle, agriculture, or equestrian culture
* The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers - from rural retailers to corporate buyers
* A genuine, down-to-earth nature and a love for connecting with people
* Confidence working independently with strong time management and follow-up skills
* Willingness to travel throughout South QLD (and a current driver's licence)
* A desire to represent a brand with integrity, authenticity, and pride
