This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for results, culture, and growth.
It is an office-based role in Brisbane, with hands-on leadership and daily visibility with the team.Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead a team of six Team Leaders and more than eighty sales consultants.
Your focus will be on lifting sales performance, embedding strong leadership capability, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
You will mentor, provide clear direction, and address performance or conduct issues as needed.About you You will be successful by driving sales conversions, managing attrition, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.
You should be comfortable talking to numbers – sales targets, conversion rates, compliance, and productivity metrics – and be able to influence strategies across the centre.Minimum 4 years' experience in outbound sales leadership within a call centre environment, ideally in a highly compliant and regulated industry such as insurance or utilities.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with the ability to lead in fast-paced, high-volume operations.Resilient with commercial acumen and the confidence to manage upwards as well as lead from the front.Specifics Salary: A$145K per year plus superannuation, with a bonus structure that rewards performance.
