About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee environment management activities across our site.
The Environment & Community Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, promoting sustainable practices and fostering positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a bachelor degree in Environmental Science or other relevant qualification.
* Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or other relevant qualification
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in environmental & community management, preferably in mining
* Knowledge of environmental planning approval processes, environmental management, mine site compliance, sustainable principles, and key environmental issues
* Experience with environmental planning and protection legislation and reporting requirements of Local, State and Federal Governments
* Good working knowledge of NSW regulatory environment and government policy framework
* Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
* Strong leadership and team management skills
