Leadership Role: Sales and Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, including workshop productivity, customer delivery timelines, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead internal sales, admin, and assembly staff to achieve performance targets
* Oversee daily operations, including workshop productivity, customer delivery timelines, and safety compliance
* Support internal sales processes, including lead conversion, quoting, and CRM management
* Drive customer satisfaction across retail, wholesale, and dealer networks
* Monitor inventory, stock control, and dispatch accuracy
* Deliver accurate reporting, communicate KPIs, and ensure site WHS compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven leadership experience in a workshop or light manufacturing setting
* Demonstrated experience across both sales and operations
* Strong understanding of automotive accessory installation or similar industry
* Confident using CRM, quoting, and inventory management systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in business/sales highly regarded
