Job Description
The Client Experience Officer will be the first point of contact for our guests and passengers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high levels of customer service within our office and terminal
* Answering all telephonic and electronic queries in a timely manner
* Completing flight plans and taking charter requests from clients accurately
* Following daily procedures as outlined in checklists and manuals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and logistics programs
* Outstanding organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to be self-motivated and work without daily direction
* Approachable and friendly attitude, particularly during stressful environments
* A team player with the ability to take ownership of own role while providing support to other key staff
