Key Responsibilities

* Subject Matter Expert : Offer guidance on best practices in recruitment and workforce resourcing initiatives.
* Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the People team to enhance recruitment processes and service standards.
* Networking : Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external organisations to attract talent.
* Talent Pool Management : Oversee talent pools and partner with managers for effective candidate assessments.
* Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with internal teams like HR IT and Health & Wellbeing.
* Data-Driven Insights : Create reporting tools to monitor recruitment activities and recommend improvements.
