We are seeking a highly skilled General Practitioner to join our team in delivering quality comprehensive primary care, emergency and related health services and programs.
About the Role:
* The full-time GP position reports to a Senior Medical Officer and involves working within the GP scope of works; medical-legal compliances and medical legislative requirements are essential.
* GP Medicare billings and ensuring compliance to ethical and Medicare rules drive our Medicare income targets with GPs and Nurse Practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
* To deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the health needs of clients and the community.
* To work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical objectives and improve health outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
* You must be FRACGP or ACRRM qualified.
* A current AHPRA registration is mandatory.
* Possess the equivalent of five years postgraduate medical experience.
* Demonstrated clinical and procedural experience.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Desirable Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience of Aboriginal culture, health care and related issues would be highly regarded.
