Master Scheduler
Location:
Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Salary:
A$150,******-A$155,******
You support a major transformation program. You design and manage integrated schedules for complex ICT work, drive schedule governance, reporting, risk tracking, and planning. Working with project and program teams across the division, you uplift capability, apply best practice methods, and keep delivery aligned with objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrated program schedules with resource and cost loading.
Track baselines and progress.
Run what-if analysis and highlight schedule risks.
Work with project teams to produce reports tailored to each stakeholder group.
Support change control and governance processes.
Identify, report, and treat schedule risks and issues.
Build capability across teams in PMIS tools and scheduling techniques.
Develop and promote scheduling standards, templates, and guidelines.
Highly desirable criteria
Strong track record delivering schedules for large programs.
Experience with PRINCE2, MSP, or PMBoK Schedule Management.
Strong consultation skillset and confidence presenting to senior groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skillset with clear reporting.
Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with strong initiative and attention to detail.
Evidence of high professional standards and quality outcomes.
Ability to manage risks that affect schedule performance.
Experience training teams on scheduling tools and methods.
Experience completing earned value analysis and variance reporting.
Skills and experience
Expert-level skill with Microsoft Project Professional, Project Online, SharePoint, DevOps, and Planner.
More than 5 years scheduling experience across complex programs.
Strong skill interpreting strategic objectives into aligned schedule structures.
Experience managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Experience producing executive dashboards and schedule health reports.
Experience estimating resources, costs, and forecasting from schedules.
Contribute to capability uplift across multiple teams.
Engage with senior stakeholders on strategic delivery.
Support one of Queensland's largest ICT environments.
