The Hub Preschool & Early Education Academy is currently seeking passionate, degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our dedicated team. Positions are available at our Waratah, Rutherford, Elermore Vale, and our brand-new Broadmeadow services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with children's developmental needs.
* Observe, assess and document children's learning and progress.
* Communicate effectively with families to build strong partnerships.
* Promote positive social interactions and guide behaviour constructively.
* Maintain a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for all children.
* Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, children and families.
About You:
* Degree qualified (3- or 4-year trained) or currently studying towards your Early Childhood Teaching degree.
* Current Working with Children Check .
* Valid First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training, or willingness to obtain.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards .
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident in digital programming and documentation.
* A motivated, responsible, and team-oriented educator with a genuine passion for early learning.
* Previous experience in a long day care setting is desirable but not essential.
