The Role
As an APS 6 Senior Industry Intelligence Researcher/Analyst you will deliver complex and specialist research and analysis that supports Defence policy, planning and capability decisions.
You will work with a high degree of autonomy, providing accurate advice and mentoring junior analysts, while contributing to the continuous uplift of the Industry Intelligence Capability (IIC).
You will:
* Undertake complex research and analysis to produce high-quality intelligence products across the Industry Intelligence Capability (IIC) priority areas.
* Provide advice to stakeholders on industry capability, capacity, and supply chains.
* Lead or coordinate the delivery of intelligence products, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness.
* Translate complex data and analysis into clear, decision ready insights for senior audiences.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with Defence stakeholders and partners.
* Support the development of junior staff through mentoring, guidance, and quality assurance.
* Contribute to the improvement of analytical methods, products, systems, and governance.
