As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality person-centred care within the perioperative setting. You will work as part of a skilled and dedicated team, ensuring that best practices are met in alignment with South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) standards and policies. 1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Demonstrated recent perioperative RN experience (scrub, scout, anaesthetic, or recovery) with safe, compassionate, culturally responsive care
3. Effective communication and collaboration with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team
4. Critical thinking and application of evidence-based perioperative nursing care
5. Understanding of risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement initiatives
