Gundagai Meat Processors is NOW HIRING a Maintenance Fitter Location: Gundagai, NSW Number of Position: 1 Commencement: Immediate start available Employment Type: Permanent full-time positions available Duration: Ongoing, full-time work Work Schedule: Single shift, 6am – 2:26pm (Monday to Friday) Pay and Conditions: Maintenance Fitters will be paid above Award rates, ranging from $40.00 to $43.00 per hour.

We are seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our maintenance team. This roles is critical in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of plant and equipment within our processing facility. Duties may include:
* Conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment
* Assist in diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
* Maintain and service equipment and systems
* Follow instructions from supervisors and maintenance team leaders
* Ensure work is completed in accordance with safety and compliance requirements
* Work collaboratively with production teams
* Participate in continuous improvement activities
