As a Scaffolding Supervisor, you will be responsible for the coordination and safe conduct of all work undertaken by the workforce under your control and for fully understanding safety and scope requirements and standards. The position is also responsible to ensure that all work is delivered on schedule and to require quality and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for execution, reporting (including productivity analysis) and safe completion of all scopes.
* Ensuring quality and safety of works (for both Monadelphous personnel and subcontractor) - directing and assisting team to organise places of work to ensure work is carried out to the required standards with a minimum of risk to personnel, the environment, equipment and materials.
* Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
* Planning and organising work to meet contract schedule and maximise efficiency and productivity of the workforce. Conducting Risk assessments, preparing and ensuring permits are correct for task.
* Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.
* Maximise time in the field - safety talks and interactions with crews. Completing own KPI's and ensuring direct reports are also compliant.
* Supervise crews to execute scope to defined schedules
What you'll bring:
* Current High Risk Workers License
* Proven Supervision experience, ideally in oil and gas
* Minimum of 5 years of Scaffolding Supervision experience (essential)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
* Proof of right to work in Australia
