Vocational Trainer
Job Overview
This role is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging and industry-relevant automotive programs to young people.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Deliver flexible, competency-based training that caters to individual learning needs and interests.

Foster positive relationships with young people to encourage participation and attendance.
*
Support students in exploring career pathways, job readiness, and work placement opportunities.
*
Maintain accurate records of training, attendance, and assessment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* A trade qualification as a mechanic.
* A minimum of 3-5 years post-qualified industry experience.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
* Demonstrated experience delivering accredited and/or pre-vocational automotive training to young people.
* Demonstrated ability to engage and support young people who have disengaged or are at risk of disengaging from education.
