Who will you work with?

You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media planning & trading, technology and digital partners. You will be part of the performance team, which is all about results and accountability. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the industry to produce work that feeds into the client’s bottom line. We have great relationships with our clients, which enables us to deliver great campaigns and positive results.

Who are we looking for?

A performance specialist with strong experience of digital implementation in an agency environment across Search, Social and other channels with an emphasis on growing search accounts and online sign ups. You need to be proficient at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy. As such, you will need to manage and develop holistic digital services and strategy with excellent project management skills and be able to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.

You need to have the ability to prioritise multiple requests whilst driving inter-agency collaboration to achieve maximum results for your client and from your team and the ability to think and act strategically and when required out of the box. This fast paced role with a growth minded client means you can offer and speak your mind and push each channel to its full potential.

What your day will look like:

* Your time will be split as reporting 10%, team catch ups/WIP 15%, client calls/ comms 30%, planning 20%, admin 10% and proactive initiatives 15%
* You will be the first point of escalation for any issues that might arise on the account and ensure process is put in place and adhered to and if not you will need to troubleshoot to resolve any process issues
* You will lead planning work across the client, and develop the strategic direction into channel recommendations, tactics and solutions to deliver to business goals
* You will drive delivery of strategic and innovative media solutions for your client, helping to evaluate media responses to determine the best fit for the strategy and the most effective tactics to deliver on the objectives
* You will drive an agenda of inter-agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results
* You will need to be able to recommend digital attribution/channel mix strategy based on data and insights

* You will ensure your Manager and Executive and are responsible for ensuring the quality of the team’s output
* You will ensure the team has an understanding of the role of digital channels in delivering on client objectives
* You will have a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships
* You will have the ability to manage and develop holistic digital services and strategy
* You will ensure the team provides concise, timely and accurate reporting on all campaigns, including insightful commentary and learnings for future campaigns

Key responsibilities:

* Identifies opportunities for business growth and cross-departmental revenue growth within the agency
* Starts to recognise potential risks to the agency in terms of client relationships, agency scope of services, revenue impact and promptly communicate these risks to the relevant General Manager and/or the senior leadership team
* Drives an agenda of inter-agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results
* Prepares media plan options, analyses, and recommendations based on strategic direction provided
* Implement plan and maintain budget control throughout the entire process
* Results-driven mentality; frequently evaluate performance and optimise campaigns to deliver optimum results for your clients
* Monitors and enforces processes and efficiencies within the team
* Manages the allocation of resources within the direct team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner
* Starts to consider the impact of decisions or changes on the business and raise these with management to ensure adequate response
* You are the first point of escalation for any issues that might arise on the accounts within your portfolio
* Optimises performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, retargeting and affiliates
* Utilises internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touch-points
