Currently recruiting for a admin/sales assistant staff member to join our busy team, located in Cavan. Reporting to the Admin Manager, this role will see you work with a wide variety of customers and suppliers.
You will be part of a company that prides itself on its great culture, that work together to get the job done to meet the needs of the business and the customers.
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
What you'll be doing
* Managing a broad range of administrative duties including data entry, email correspondence, purchasing, purchase orders, pricing updates and receipting
* Supporting the sales function by managing a portfolio of customers and working towards sales and category KPI targets
* Onboarding new customers and supporting ongoing relationships with existing clients
* Coordinating and pushing marketing promotions through HubSpot to support sales activity and customer engagement
* Proactively following up customer payments and assisting with accounts receivable tasks
* Receiving and processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with the development, improvement and maintenance of office systems and procedures
* Working closely with team members to support the day-to-day operations and overall objectives of the business
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a similar industry
* Proven experience in sales and upselling
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
* Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
* A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
