Job Description What you'll do End-to-end payroll processing in ADP Payforce for ~800 employees across three entities on a monthly cycle.
Compliance and controls across STP, PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, leave accruals, EOFY.
Employee support communications.
Reporting reconciliation for Finance and People Culture.
Continuous improvement and process refinement.
Stakeholder partnership across Finance, P C, Business Units, and external providers.
Qualifications What we're looking for: Experience running medium-to-large Australian payrolls.
Strong customer service mindset.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation.
Stakeholder management capability.
Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight statutory deadlines.
High integrity and respect for confidentiality.
