This is a hands-on role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, solving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.What You'll DoProvide Level 1 and 2 technical support (remote and onsite).
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.Assist with onboarding and deploying new users and devices.Escalate complex issues when required while maintaining ownership of the client experience.Contribute to improving internal documentation and processes.What We're Looking ForIntegrity and reliability — you do what you say you'll do.Great communication skills — you can explain technical issues in plain language.Autonomous mindset — you take initiative and manage your workload without constant supervision.Previous experience in an IT support role (MSP experience is a bonus).
