We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade to join our remedial building team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated tradesperson who enjoys varied work, takes pride in high-quality finishes, and is looking for steady, long-term employment across Sydney.
Working across multiple sites, you will utilise your broad trade skills to deliver high-quality remedial building works on a diverse range of projects. Depending on the scope of works, you will work independently or as part of a supportive and experienced team.
About the Role
The role involves carrying out a variety of remedial and general building works across residential, commercial, and strata projects. Day-to-day tasks may include concrete spalling repairs, cavity flashing installation, waterproofing, rendering and patch repairs, as well as general concreting and masonry works. You will also undertake carpentry, painting, and associated finishing works, along with general demolition and strip-out as required to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
This position is Full-time Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday require
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Trade License (preferred)
* A current White Card and solid understanding of WHS requirements
* A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
